Our Programmes

We create a training plan and proposal for your team based on the number of delegates. Our programmes are broken into three parts: Discovery, Delivery and Reporting.

The core methodology of our programmes is based on sharp sessions delivered over a period of weeks. This method allows for much greater knowledge retention and provides space to enable EAs to practically apply learning into their everyday day whilst retaining access to our expertise.

Each programme can be tailored and themed based on your team’s goals and needs, allowing maximum ROI and impact.

  • We take the time, using surveys, questionnaires and then 1-2-1 meetings with each individual delegate, to understand the landscape of the team as well individual needs and skill gaps.

    Furthermore, we survey and engage with management to get their insights.

    The combination of this upfront research results in much clearer, effective and focused planning for the execution of our programme.

    We delivery individual Training Plans to the delegates on the back of our discovery.

  • Our programme sessions are a combination of topical training and 1-2-1 coaching.

    The type of topical sessions are identified through the Discovery process and laid out in the Training Plans for each delegate.

    Sessions can be full group or smaller groups depending on the needs and focus for each delegate.

  • We deliver individual reports to each delegate summarizing the programme journey and outlining our findings.

    Our findings show the areas of excellence we have identified for the delegate as well as areas of focus for them going forward.

    We also deliver a detailed management report looking at more strategic areas of use, such as adjustments that can be made to onboarding, team collaboration and ideas for future learning and growth to build on.
