Georgina Bale

Our Founder.
George started her career in publishing before moving to Ernst & Young as a Team Assistant. From there, she won a coverted post to become Executive Assistant to the Home Secretary at the age of 21. While in senior Government, George also worked as Head of HR & Resources at the Home Office before transferring to the DWP.
In 2006, George moved into Hedge Funds and served several years at Millennium Capital before taking a role for the Qatari Sovereign Wealth Fund and, finally, back to COMAC Capital, a global macro fund.
During her roles, George switched between Senior EA, Chief of Staff, Head of Office and Senior Advisor. She became an expert in managing high-pressure environments and fast-growth and difficult teams.
In 2014, George founded her first business, an EA recruitment firm. She spent nearly 8 years hiring, training and managing EAs as COO, CSO and finally CEO of the company.
George has also founded and runs other businesses, including ibLE, a virtual assistant platform.
